1. Promoter This referral program is run by Spec Specialties (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa.
2. Eligibility
Open to South African residents aged 18 or older.
Referrers must be existing customers or contacts of Spec Specialties (Pty) Ltd.
Employees, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. How to Participate
Share your referral details with a potential customer or introduce them directly to Spec Specialties (Pty) Ltd.
A “successful referral” means the referred person:
Is a new customer to Spec Specialties (Pty) Ltd, and
Completes a successful fitment of a vehicle tracking device with us.
4. Reward
The reward is a R100 shopping voucher.
The voucher will be issued 90 days after the successful tracker fitment is completed and confirmed.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless stated.
5. Limitations
Maximum of 5 rewards per referrer per calendar year.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
We reserve the right to reject referrals that appear fraudulent or in breach of these T&Cs.
6. Changes & Termination
Spec Specialties (Pty) Ltd may amend or end this program at any time, with notice posted on our website or social media.
Any referrals in progress before the change will be honoured under the previous terms.
7. Privacy
Personal information will be processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
By participating, you consent to us contacting you and your referral for program purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
